Rattling sound from front of ford f150 truck

Hey scotty I've been watching your content since my first car back in 2015, I recently bought my first truck for 2600. 3 months ago. It's a 1998 ford f150 4.6L. It currently has 226k miles on it. So far I have changed all of the fluids, sparkplugs, starter, tensioner pulley and the serpentine belt. I checked all of the pulleys amd none of them seem to wobble out of place But when I accelerate on the freeway at high speeds around 60-70+ I hear a rattling noise from the front of my truck. The noise seems to be coming from under the hood closer to the back of the engine bay. The noise is more violent when driving up hills, especially when I'm hauling stuff. when I step on the gas from a dead stop the rattling seems to happen when the engine is revving at higher RPMS or when the engine is working harder. Unfortunately I dont have an RPM guage so it's hard to tell at what RPMS the rattling starts to happen. Now I do have a p0420 code that pops up every once in a while. I used cataclean the first time and it worked. The code has popped up again and I'm trying out dura lube for catalytic converters to see if it will have a better affect. I deleted the code to see if it will pop back up but so far it has not. Can you please help me identify what this noise is and how I can fix it? Thank you 🙂 /p>
