Rattling sounds coming from my catalytic converter and near engine

I have an 06 highlander with 124k miles and recently i noticed the catalytic converter sometimes makes a rattling sound and when it stops i also hear a rattling sound from the engine. Video: https://youtube.com/shorts/1uUNz4WWOnA

Catalytic converter could be breaking up inside with pieces rattling around.
