Hi Scotty - I have a choice to make in a week or two, buying a used vehicle. Toyota Rav4 2013 (31,000 miles - 11,500 USD) or Toyota Rav4 2016 (19,000 miles - 15,000 USD). Both two wheel drive, automatic, gas/petrol and looks like in fair condition (not scanned). Your take? Thanks in advance!

I agree with yaser. In 2013 the generation came out. 2016 is somehow perfected. This site can show you what to look (link).
Good luck!

The 2016 is safer in crash tests, and should be perfected. I would get a 2017 CR-V instead but many like the Rav4 and the 2016+ is definetly better than the 2013.
