Scotty, did Toyota drop the ball on their new ‘21 RAV4 Prime? The climate control is connected to a heat pump rather than connected to the engine heat when in electric mode. Below 20 degrees, it’s nearly worthless and forces the driver to switch to hybrid/gas mode. Short of sending Toyota a memo reminding them about the U.S. winter temps in the northern states, can anything be done to improve the heat pump output?

Yeah they're getting a bit carried away trying to get more mileage on the electric only
