iv got a 2003 subaru imprezza that has been sitting for about 5 months and when i went to start and drive it the other day i found that the right rear wheel was completely locked up and would drag along the ground if i gave it enough gas. its a manual transmission and the car has drum brakes in the rear. wondering what what i need to do do diagnose whats messed up. car had a dead battery so there was no saved obd codes. body has 320000 km

Pull the brake drum and see what's happening with the brakes.
