I'm thinking a 12mm stubby wrench is my best option but if anyone has any other suggestions please let me know. It's the 12mm bolt on the driver's side closest to the rear on the intake manifold. I don't want to take the power steering apart but I will if I have to, if that's the only way to get clearance.

Yeah I have various wrenches that have one end that's ratchety they are straight they're angled and some even have a swivel head that can go 180 degrees that's how I get them off
