Hey Scotty wanted your advice on something.
I bought a 2013 Dodge Dart 2.0L automatic engine in 2017. My first car and didn't know these cars have huge issues and poor design. Mine is about 100,000 miles after some repairs. Now there is a P0705 code that popped up when I shifted my gear to Park, and when I went to Reverse and Drive it shifted really hard and erratic. This car has never had its transmission fluid changed when I got it at 77,000 miles and I have never changed it myself. I take good care of my car, change the oil & filter regularly, cabin and engine air filters myself and other repairs later on. My question is should I just get rid of this car that I know can be a huge bag of issues and buy a good reliable car or should I try my luck and try to ride this car until it completely breaks down. I value a good reliable car that will last long and always get me from point A to point B as long as I take care of it. Thanks for your videos they help a lot. {black}:laughingoutloud: {black}
I doubt you can get any serious money for that. Just drive it till the wheels fall off and then junk it.
Although the market is really lousy right now for buyers if you're in a position to get rid of that thing I would do so. Get a Corolla or Civic (taking care not to buy problem models), or even a late-model Subaru with manual transmission. Always get any prospective purchase checked out by a good mechanic.
