Hi Scotty, I have a 2009 Mitsubishi Galant ES 4 cyl automatic with 122,000 miles. I recently developed a noise that i could only describe as a squeaking/rubbing combination on the right front brake only when I apply the brake to stop. when I coast with the brake on lightly, the noise is there, but not as prevalent as it is when I come to a complete or hard stop. This all started when I had to apply the brakes swiftly a while ago and so I thought it was because everything was rusted and needed replacing. I recently replaced the caliper, rotor, brake pads and lubricated everything, cleaned all the rust, etc and the problem went away. There was no pulsing in the brake pedal or pulling when stopping. This lasted a couple of months and now the noise is back again. My daughter and I put the car up on jacks, took everything back off, and carefully cleaned and re-lubed and put everything back. Again, it stopped, but now it's back again. It doesn't do it going into reverse, but it does do it testing doing "donuts" in a parking lot while braking and turning. I am leary taking it anywhere since my son and his girlfriend had new struts put on their car and it cost them 2000 dollars. Any recommendations here in Pennsylvania would be much appreciated. Thank you for the work you do and for your videos.

does it make the sound if you turn the rotor by hand while someone operates the brake?
also make sure it's not the bearings
