2006 Scion TC, Automatic, 180,000. I have an issue with a rough idle only when in drive at a stop, No Codes. I have replaced Plugs, Coilpacks, PCV Valve and Hose, Air Filter no change. Runs great no issues except at a stop in Drive.

Cleaning the MAF sensor and throttle body may help. You might also want to check live data for indications of problems. Per Scotty another possible issue is a worn torque converter can cause vibration at idle.
