In desperation (no rentals available during the pandemic), we had to buy a flood-damaged, salvaged Toyota Camry from a used car dealer in Atlanta. He lied, of course, saying that any repairs needed would be reimbursed. All-in-all it's a good car, but the intermittent wiper control won't run at the fastest speed. I bought an OEM part to replace the control on the steering column, but it still doesn't work. Toyota wants to charge about $300 to find the problem. I'm going to have to stick with Rain-x in the meantime.

Flooded cars have electronic issues, to be honest, I would not worry about that intermittent wiper issue at all.
