Flood car will not start

I purchased on-line a 2019 Impala Premiere with 11,000 miles, that was supposed to be fixed after flood, the challenge is that it does not start every time, took it to a mechanic and they asked me to take it to the dealer, he mentioned it could be the body wiring harness needs to be replaced. “GM Body Wiring Harness 84395953”. Please see images of diagnosis. At this time, I cannot find anyone that is willing to fix it for me, any help or suggestions are highly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

That's why buying flood cars is highly discouraged here. The water gets into wiring, electronics, even engine and transmission - pretty much everything. It's not surprising that mechanics don't want to get involved with that car. Replacing the body wiring harness is probably just the tip of the iceberg.

A quick search turned up this video with tips on dealing with flooded cars that may have some helpful information. No doubt there are others out there you can check out. Probably your best bet is to get the thing running and get rid of it. Chances are that long term it's never going to be right.

Sorry, but you bought a money pit. Get rid of it before it ruins you.

This is 'how to become a beloved seller'.

Dismantle the car, sell uncompromised parts and scrap the rest of it.

Make a nice object, showing the price of purchase, a photo and the text: 'Not a Good Decision' and nail it to the wall opposite of your bed.
