I'm looking at a scion xb, 2011 with a standard transmission. 55,000 miles and is a certified pre-owned with one owner and 25 service records. It is a 2.4 L, is it a reliable car? Do these have oil problems? I noticed it was low on coolant and the oil was changed. It is at the local honda dealer. Out the door it is 10,000. Is this a good deal?
Use KBB to determine the book value. These are (or were) made by toyota. Some did have oil burning issues. Check the VIN if the recall was done or not or if it's eligible.
It is 10 year old Toyota, I don't think it is a good deal with that price.
They are generally good cars but ask a mechanic to check it for you before buying.
Also, they are not very popular and so I think you can lower the price a lot if you really want the car and pay cash.
