Hey everyone, I have an almost 300k miles 2006 GX470 in Excellent condition and want to upgrade to a Sequoia as it's more specious and I like the way it drives and as you know I have been thinking of changing my GX for about 1.5 years now. I live in the gulf region and I found a 2005 Sequoia SR5 in pristine condition done about 230k miles personally driven by a doctor (private party) and he is asking about 6800$ and can negotiate slightly I assume 5500$ can be reasonable. Would you recommend this car if it passes pre-purchase inspection?
Well sure if it passes inspection. Just realize the sequoia's are the biggest gas hog that Toyota ever made if you don't mind buying all that gasoline

I don't think it's a good trade, tbh. You know your car. You don't know anything else about his except it being "pristine." Ofc, he wouldn't tell you possible hidden damages. Trust no one.
