Should I buy a 2013 Toyota Camry se or the Xle or should I go for Lexus is250 2010?

What good car would you recommend that’s above 2009 and cost less to maintain?
All my vehicles are older except my 2014 Camry (which is why I know about the torque converters), so I cannot recommend based on personal experience. You could try a 2015 or newer Camry, or try a Corolla (Scotty speaks very highly of them). Good luck.

The 2012-2014 Camry has well known issues with the transmission, I think there is a section in the "I need to buy a vehicle" section of the FAQ about Bulletins which you can find there. It really depends on which one is in better mechanical condition.
