Should I buy prius with high mileage but new hybrid battery?

This is a 2008 Toyota Prius with 190,000 miles. It has had one owner only and they have taken great care of it cosmetically as well as mechanically (they have maintenance records for past 3 years). They recently replaced the front struts, front brakes, hybrid battery and headlights.

They are asking for $5800. On one hand it seems reasonable since they put a lot of money into new parts recently, but the mileage is rather high; is this something I should avoid?

It's nearly 15 years old. In general old hybrids are to be avoided not only due to the battery but because there are other expensive repairs the hybrid system may require. (Scotty has mentioned hybrid generators costing $5000 or more when they fail, for example.)

Does it really have a "new" battery, or is it a rebuilt one? The latter don't last very long since only failed cells are replaced and there are still a lot of old ones left that have limited remaining life.
