should i buy this 2011 toyota tundra 5.7l 4x4 single cab long box automatic base trim for sale by owner 8000 cad obo

Im located up in BC canada with a pretty tight post covid budget. A used 2011 toyota tundra 5.7L automatic for sale by owner has popped up. 2011 single cab long box with a tow package. Basic trim model with 4x4. Has ac but other than that base base basic as can be. It was used as a work truck and is pretty beat up. Ran a carfax with no recalls or major issues showing up but a few cross country trips with the documentation of servicing and registration between bc, ontario, saskatchewan and alaska.  Has a single broken leaf spring in the back end that hasnt been fixed for quite some time. the work it did was mostly commuting but also moved drill core sample boxes here and there. Being a work truck it is quite beat up plastic is loose, engine bay is dirty, battery is tired, hoodlatch is broken so you need to yank a wire, box is beaten up, no major rust and theres a bit of a gash that dosen't penetrate through the metal on the passenger side . BUT it only has 154000 kilometres on it (95000 miles) and has had New brake calipers rotors and pads all 4 corners 15000km ago and Full service including transmission filter done 5000km ago . I have joined the toyota cult and have been scanning like a hawk for good deals for quite some time. I am needing a new tow vehicle for my home (trailer trash here 31 foot 1977 airstream with a tow weight of about 5500-6000 lbs)that wont depreciate too much. is this as screaming deal as i think or what price should i try and get this thing for as the owner has been dropping tthe price by 1k every 2 weeks . Or should i save myself the heart break and move on. thanks a ton in advance.

Well they are gay trucks and everything is expensive these days but they can last a long time for 500,000 miles if you take care of them
