Hey guys!
in my search for my first used car I came across this 2011 Dodge Avenger with 104k miles on it selling for 4K (negotiable) and the carfax is available. It had 2 previous owners and the first one bought it new and didn’t have major maintenance (brake light bulbs replaced and other stuff) and he sold it around 30k miles and the second owner is the person selling it right now and they don’t seem to show any maintenance since they bought it. So does this car look good so far ? I’m gonna do my research on the car cuz I don’t understand cars as much as a lot of you lol so your thoughts...
The car is the 4cyl btw not the v6 cuz I seen people say the v6 is the bad one.
If you don't know much about cars I am here to inform you that you should save the 4 grand and get a Corolla like a 2007 2008 model or even 2011/2012. They aren't that reliable a car so I would look for a Corolla/Camry.

Run away fast, Avengers are endless money pits.
You should not buy any Dodge Avenger.
I would use the $4,000 and buy a nice Corolla, Civic or even a Focus. If you get the Dodge Avenger for $4 than it would be a good deal. The Avenger has more issues than (name a Politician here).
I would consider instead any 4cyl manual Accord. Whatever year/mileage/condition you can get for $4k.
