2013 Toyota Camry currently 200k miles, back at 150k it had the recall done for the Torque Converter. I assume they changed it at that point but not sure. I heard in one of Scotty's videos you should avoid changing trans oil if it's been over a certain number of miles.
It appears to shift and work fine, no codes. I just want to make sure it lasts as long as possible.

With that mileage, I personally would leave it alone because I too would assume they changed it at 150
