Should i just get brand new part?

I have a 2014 honda accord lx model automatic transmission with 111,800 miles. I recently replaced the alternator with a refurbished one and new spark plugs bought from auto part store. After the replacement, i noticed slight loss of power, sluggish acceleration from stop and in left turn , and quite a rough vibration during idle. Should i just get a brand new alternator?

Get bat and alt load tested at autoparts store and go from there.  But never buy reman alt's these days... I won't put them on anymore for anyone.  But always check the parts.  Did you use oem recommended plugs and did you check the gap prior to install?

I don’t think that the alternator is the source of your problems

I just checked gap which is correct. I did not check to see if they are OEM recommended. I also threw my old ones in just to see if it made a difference which it did not. I will need to purchase load tester.

You don’t need to buy it if you don’t want to, most auto part stores will load test your alternator & battery for free.

I had them test it before and they said that both are good.
