I'm looking to purchase a 93 Celica GT with 195000 miles off of a private seller on Craigslist as my daily driver. Seller claims a bunch of parts have been replaced and is in working condition and the body looks well intact. This would also be my first standard transmission vehicle. I would have to drive an hour to and from the car and I'm not sure if this would be the smartest choice

$3000. Honestly wasn't sure about the purchase entirely. Seemed like a uphill climb if bought but figured some other opinions were warranted.

No. It is almost a 30 years old car with around 200k miles. In the best case scenario, it can be a weekend project/toy.
