I have a 2006 toyota avalon, the manual says ILSAC mutligrade engine oil is recommended. Do I use that or can I switch to fully synthetic oil?

Oil can be both ilsac multigrade and synthetic. Check the label on the bottle

The only oil I use in my vehicles is what the manual or what the fill cap says to put in and it’s always worked great for me. But I also change oil every 3k mi regardless of what oil is called for.
