I have a 2012 Silverado 1500 LT 5.3 with 124k miles, I noticed about two weeks ago when the engine gets warm(usually about 10 minutes or so) the oil pressure goes down to 20 psi at idle. While I’m accelerating and even driving at highway speeds the oil pressure doesn’t seem to go much higher than 40 psi. Prior to the 2 weeks I never noticed it doing this. Is this something I should get checked out before driving it at all or is it common to happen to these engines after certain miles.

it has fresh oil and new oil filter. The oil pressure sensor was replaced about 2 months before this due to failure. Check engine light is NOT on.
