Slight car vibration once in a while

2017 Toyota RAV4 XLE 2.5L FWD, 94,000 miles.  Once in a while I have  slight vibration sitting at idle in gear.  Of course when I put it in PARK slight vibration ceases.  Throttle body has never been cleaned and it still has its original PCV valve.  Car runs great otherwise.  Any ideas?  Throttle body need a clean, PCV valve needs replacement, new plugs or all three?

The 4th generation RAV4's (non-hybrid automatics) have defective U760E transmissions.

Heat caused the TCC plate to warp and that's what you feel.

Thanks but it's not a tranny shudder as I've already had Torque converter replaced a month ago. It's more subtle like a failing motor mount. Yet it does not happen all the time. There days when I'm stopped at a light and I can barely tell that the engine is running it's so smooth. Then there are times when I'm at a McD's drive-thru line and I get that subtle vibration which ceases once I put car in Park. Just thought if some things needed to be cleaned or I need to run some cleaner thru the tank.

It's highly unlikely that such a young car with only 94k would need cleaner or engine mounts.
Have you done basic engine maintenance? air filter? spark plugs?
The only thing that would cause the engine to vibrate is misfiring. Is your check engine light on? Would need to run a full diagnostic to check the engine health.
The fact that only happens in 'D' not 'P' makes me suspect the transmission.
Read the topic I linked, because when Toyota replaces the torque converter, they replace it with the same badly designed parts. People have the issue over and over. It's unresolved.
