Slipping transmission

Hey there Scotty huge fan from Puerto Rico, I've seen you're incredibly knowledgeable about all brands and I'm facing an issue with my 97 Jeep Cherokee 4.0L it has a Toyota Transmission, had to repair it only once at 100,000 miles now it's at 140,000. She works great except that when I'm sticker in traffic like 20 to 30 mins in high traffic the transmission goes into limp mode. She revs really high and the power does transfer over to the tranny. Here's the kicker it goes away magically if I turn her off and on again immediately no issues. She shifts smoothly and everything, I had it looked at the transmission oil is clean no metallic residue in it. I installed a new TCM, an external filter and an huge oil cooler see if it was temperature the cause. But it still happens any ideas? No OBD codes either
