Check spark plug gap and all connections to Injectors/coil packs

I bet you loved that job. You had to disconnect 3 wiring connectors to the MAF and throttle body. Check those are back in tightly. Especially the one that's hard to see behind the throttle body.

You really can't plug the coils into the wrong connectors because the connectors aren't long enough to get them wrong.

Check those connectors are all back in tightly at the MAF and the 2 on the throttle body and then check to see that a fuse didn't get fried in the process of disconnecting, moving wiring harnesses, and reconnecting them

Ok do you think Mabe it can be bad coils the reason that it’s not starting up? cause I checked the wiring I made sure everything was everything

You can try putting back the old plugs, if it solves the issue, you have bad/wrong spark plugs.

You should double check the wires to the throttle body because the intake I believe has to be removed for that and wiggle the wires for the throttle body those can brake right at the connector and cause a similar concern.  Aside from that make sure your grounds are secured if removed there is one that is important around the alternator.  Then just cam sensors may have gotten unplugged during the process

Side Note:

In the future when you change the plugs, do only one at a time. Remove the wire, remove the plug, install new plug, put wire back on. That way, you can't put the wrong wire on the wrong plug.

Good advice here.

Did you plug everything back correctly?

Yes I thought I did how do I know if I plugged it back correctly?

Like the others mentioned, double check your work. What are the odds of all coils going bad after a spark plug change? Are all fuses, relays good?

You have the wrong spark plug lead on the wrong spark plug.  Find the firing order and correct it.

Are u talking about the coil packs or the wires
