How do I fix my Civic crooked wheel

Hello, I have a 2014 manual honda civic with 132k miles. Ive had it for about 2 years and the rear left wheel is bent from the top inwards a little bit (but you can reall feel it while driving). I was told to change the spindle on that wheel, and that should fix it. Im just not too sure what exactly the spindle is, i tried looking online and at videos but nobody points out WHAT IT IS. I dont know what to buy ? I have drum brakes in my rear wheels, not sure if that helps. Can someone share a link to a spindle ? i was also told to fix the lower control arm on the opposite side of that wheel (rear right) so im just thinking about changing both lower control arms.

I havent done anything big on my car myself and i would like to fix this myself, is it easy? doable?

I think i found a used spindle, is this correct ? https://ahparts.com/used-auto-parts/honda/civic/20-243-3
and is $70 worth it ??

Yes spindles usually don't go bad many people often use used ones
