Steering wheel shaking at highway speeds

Hello I have a 2010 Dodge RAM 1500 with 113,000 miles. I have been experiencing some slight to moderate steering wheel shaking when i reach around 70MPH. It is not when I brake, just driving down the road. Weirdly enough sometimes if I accelerate it helps it stop for a bit. It only happens at highway speeds above 70, any other time it is as smooth as ever.

Balance your tires.

In addition to @yaser ‘s advice, make sure your vehicle is correctly aligned & there’s no worn front end parts.

I had that happen to me with a 2001 Dodge Dakota. And one of my universal joints somehow worked its way that it wasn't straight. A few of those cylinder shaped bearing was out of place and caused the same vibration. I think there is a few things though that can cause that. My mechanic put it on a lift and hit the accelerator and another mechanic got underneath and he could tell where the vibration was coming from.
