2005 Honda element 178000 miles.
Code p2647
I've tried everything that's on YouTube, changed the solenoid, changed oil and filter, checked the small mesh filters( they are clean and not damaged). Used scan tool to turn off code but comes back on just with starting it up. Pretty lost not sure what it could be even made sure electronic connections were nice and clean. Could really use some help.
