Multiple warning lights on instrument panel

Hey Scotty, absolutely love your channel. I have a 2010 Subaru Outback 3.6L flat 6 with 190,000 miles auto transmission. I am getting specific lights on my dashboard that go on and off as they please. I have the check engine light and the traction control on constantly and the cruise control and electronic parking brake will flash on and off. This will happen for a week and then they'll turn off for a week or two. And then come back on. And then go back off! It's a bit strange and it's always the same 4 lights. I put in a new battery a year ago and I always have power so I'm assuming it's not my alternator. The battery terminals are immaculate and well cleaned. However, sometimes when I put up the windows, the doors will lock/unlock.  Obviously an electrical issue. The car runs fine so I'm thinking I just ignore it since electrical issues can be such a pain to pinpoint??

Start with a diagnostic scan with a high end tool. It may reveal clues that can help pinpoint the cause.
