Dear Scotty,
My sisters 2019 Ford Edge, with less than 5,000 miles, drove her into a gas pump island. It all started after filing her gas tank; she returned to the car, which was in park, wheels straight and engine turned off. As she started to pull away from the pump, the steering wheel spun out of her hands and the car accelerated into the pump island. Any advice?

My car was turning under acceleration/braking and it was just uneven tire pressure.

was her tire rubbing on the island?
