In the beginning, my ac airflow works like a charm
After short time (10-15mins) of running, the airflow starts to stop although i still hear my ac fan spinning, but very little air comes out of the vents.
The airflow goes back to normal after I turn it off then back on again after 5 mins.
The issue started to happen after I changed the cabin fliter and recharged the ac system with gas.
I bought a cheap cabin filter, could it be the problem?

Sure if the filter restricts it too much or if something fell in when you doing the work that could happen but it would also be a symptom that the motor itself was starting to wear out if something is minor as a air filter change made it do that
Could be the blower resistor, blower motor or both.
