I have a 2008 Suzuki sx4 with 176500 miles. I got a new horn a year and a half ago, and it doesnt work now. The mechanic said it might be the clock fuse. If I press it the driver side headlight and blinkers will stop working. Do you think it can be fixed? And how much it will cost? I want to sell it because I bought a 2015 Toyota Rav4, but I at least want the Suzuki to pass inspection for the next buyer.

Well it's sure seems like whoever put the horn in didn't do it right if its already not working. Horns on a car are one of the simplest parts all things considered and it certainly shouldn't be causing other lights to go out. I would demand my money back from the guy who "fixed" it and find someone who knows what they're doing.
