Mr Scotty I found out that the oil type for my car that is being used is 10w40 semi synthetic and I want to switch it to 5w40 fully synthetic i own an Avalon 2020 3.5 gasoline but the car has 80000km will switching the oil type will put the engine in any risk or damage my country weather is 40c to 52c the manual recommends 5w30 and 10w30

Read your owner's manual and use the grade and weight oil the manufacturer requires, not what you think you want to use.
