Scotty I traded my ‘12 Tacoma (97k miles)for a ‘15 Tundra (103k miles) as a present to my wife for graduating college. She wants it lifted and I’m not a fan of it. Is there a safe height it can go that wouldn’t cause too much or any structural or mechanical damage? I really want to get 500k miles or more out of this vehicle.

Yes. Factory height.
What are her intentions, why lift it?
For best handling, comfort and longevity factory set up is best. However I'm sure there are Tundra forums out there that you two can look into. From there you'll be able to find what other peoples experiences are and what does & doesn't work.
IMHO, I like a truck that has 1-2" lift, and meaty tires, its a nice look (dont get new wheels with low profile tires, you'll be labeled as a pavement princess).
You can probably find a good kit that achieves this based on other peoples experience. But do not cheap out, you get what you pay for, remember that.
