Times almost up I need to buy an alternator

I have a 2016 Hyundai Elantra GT 2.0l 4cyl DOHC that I spoil and I’m currently at 111,250 so it’s almost time to replace the alternator but all these alternators get bad reviews here so I need your expertise to tell me if this is worth getting or not? No Check engine lights just replaced serpentine belt a week ago. No alarming issues just the old adage things just get old and worn out (Duralast 10113 90 amp alternator new) https://www.autozone.com/batteries-starting-and-charging/alternator/p/duralast-alternator-10113/454890_0_0?rrec=true

Alternators are not regular maintenance items. I have cars much older than that with their original alternators still working fine. Given the "kwality" of replacement parts these days you could wind up with a new alternator that's in worse condition than your original. Unless your existing alternator tests bad or has worn bearings there is no reason to replace it.

@chucktobias especially with a brand like Hyundai- it's always a gamble with anything they make. "If it ain't broke don't fix it!"

You don't replace alternators on a schedule. Unless it no longer works properly, there's no need to replace an alternator

Oh the AutoZone alternators are okay. Many come with a lifetime warranty so if it breaks you get another one free
