Hi everyone I just purchased a 2001 Lexus is300 with only 128,000KM 

the timing belt was done in 07 at 75,000Km

do I have to change it ? Or can I wait a little

What does it say in your owner’s manual? The replacement interval should be mentioned there.

Mileage wise it’s okay but will the belt break due to age ?

Okay I just looked it up, the interval is 100,000 miles or 6 years. Go ahead & change it if the car is a keeper.
