Tire Problem?

Hey Scotty! So I recently bought a set of 4 Kumho Solus TA31 All-Season tires from the Walmart website for my 2008 Corolla last month and had them installed at my local Discount Tire shop.

Ever since I've had them installed, I've had to return about 3 times to the tire shop just in the past month to have the Road Force balance checked out because I've been having tire pulls, and vibrations at the steering wheel and throughout the whole car at 60-75mph ever since I got them.

They haven't informed me that the tires might be defective, but I suspect they are, because I switched the tires multiple times to see if the vibrations disappeared, and they mostly did, by switching the rears to the front.

I suspect the rear tires are defective because now I'm getting vibrations all throughout the car, but not at the steering wheel anymore. I recorded a video spinning the rear tires just to see if you can see if they're defective:
