Can I replace just one tire

I have a 2018 Yoyota Rav 4 AWD.  I got 4 new Michellin Defender tires last year and put about 13,000 miles on them.  I noticed a nail about 1" from the sidewall.  2 tire shops said they could not patch the nail.  It is barely leaking any air...if any.  They said all other tires are at 9/32" tread depth.  Would I be able to replace just the 1 tire with the same make and type of tire?  I know AWD systems are tricky.  But if the new tire has a new tread depth of 10/32" would this be ok?

Consult your owner's manual or shop manual to determine how close in circumference the tires need to be for your car and run the numbers. If in doubt replace all tires rather than risk burning out your AWD system. (Some tire shops offer a tire shaving service to match a new tire to the others.)

Is your spare a full size or a space-saver?
