I drive 2005 Chrysler Pacifica I like know what will it hurt if go from 235/65/17 too 235/70/16 will it work and will hurt my car

No it shouldn't hurt anything. Those two tire sizes have exactly identical outside dimensions. The ride should be more forgiving as well. But you will need different wheels.
