Scotty, With this covid thing, I don't drive much-no where to go. I understand that if you drive regular , the tires have a compound in the rubber that keeps them from losing air. Can I put AT205 IN the tires to help them stay inflated?
I would not put anything in the tires. See below at 2:03. Buy an air compressor and fill with air; also it’s good to periodically jack the wheel/tire up, turn the wheel, and drop down so it doesn’t develop flat spot (but that’s extreme case), but you might as well do a little bit of driving if you can to mitigate that (and not let it sit).

My tires don't have anything but air and rubber inside them, and they are staying inflated. If yours don't , I would suggest getting them patched.
I would be against putting anything inside the tires that isn't air or nitrogen.
If they are deflating, fill them up and keep an eye on them. You may have a leak. Sometimes they lose pressure due to weather changes and it has been wild down here in Texas. If you have had a lot of hot/cold changes, it could be your issue as well.

Hahahaha That’s one way to do it!
How old are your tyres & valve stems?
Make sure to check your valve stems. I kept losing air and that was the problem
