Does anyone know if positive or negative toe angle cause INSIDE tread wear on the front tires? My driver side front tire has inside tread wear and there is no detectable play in any suspension or steering components, tread wear is much more pronounced on the driver side than passenger side. should be noted that tires have not been rotated in quite some time, and I believe it just needs an alignment.

Inside tread wear is most commonly caused by a camber issue, a ball joint issue, or just a bad wheel alignment.
Perhaps time for an alignment inspection ?

yeah I have an appointment made for the alignment, just didnt know if there were any other possible causes I could check out before the mechanic does, thanks
