I bought a used Toyota Highlander XLE 2016. Currently it has 122500 miles on Odo. I plan to do the 120k miles servicing for my car now. My question is: with the high mileage and given that the transmission fluid was never changed before, can I ask the mechanic to do a transmission fluid change? Would it be safe for my car?
What are the different options available for me? Is a partial fluid change possible? I wish to keep my car for a long time.
