Hi scotty. We're currently restoring a 95 Toyota Crown Royal Saloon. Its got a 1JZ-GE engine. Problem is the idle usually drops and the engine stalls...sometimes takes 2-3 attempts to restart the engine. The check engine light does not light up and we've already replaced the TPS, Ignition Coils & plugs. I've also cleaned the throttle body and IAC valve. But the darn thing still acts up. There's no error code that shows up whenever we scan it.
Unfortunately I have no experience with the 95's the older ones that were carbureted I worked on when I sold in the United States and that would be a carburetor problem but yours seems to be fuel injected and how you need a lot of information on that fuel injection system which I unfortunately would not have as those were not sold in the United States so I can't get repair information on them
