- Hi everyone, I want to ask about the 2008 Toyota Avensis with the 150 HP diesel engine
- I think that this car It was not sold in the USA but here is a car that was very popular. It has the 2.2 D engine, as it was mounted on a model from the same period. thank you

i dont reccomend diesel since diesel gasoline has alot of fungus inside. but if youre still wanting to buy one, go right ahead, dont pay more than 5,000$/ if it was not sold in the usa, dont buy it, as nobody as a mechanic has ever repaired those vehicles, youll have a hard time finding a good mechanic for that

Avensis has 2 types of 2.2 D-4D with such power output. There were oil burning and some other issues. Be sure it was repaired under TSB (check link for info).
