Hello Scotty,

How are you? I am super fan of yours from Australia. 🙂 I have a Toyota Landcruiser Prado 2001 Grande AWD Auto transmission running both petrol & LPG. Just hit 200k kms.

* Whats your thought of it?

* And how do I know if the timing belt interference engine or not?

Please advice.

Many thanks for sharing your great knowledge with us. Really appreciate that as I have avoided some mechanics that trying to scam me 🙂

Thanks again & best regards  & all the best in Tennessee.

They are an interference engine, almost every engine is now and they are pretty reliable if looked after seen ones with 500+km on them but not on gas

thank you very much 🙂

Hello fellow  Australia.

Nice rig .

That the efi engine and injector is before the intake.

Point of a catch is for gdi engine which have been known to foul up because oil and crap is burnt on them.

On an efi the inject is before the intake and therefore cleans the values.

Only reason I would out it in is so no oil is burn with fuel and therefore a clean burn.

On my holden hx u used to have a catch can and that was filled up with crap every week. Oil and water.

But I am not the best on Toyota cars and scotty seems to love them so he could advice.
