Toyota dealer scammed me

Dear Scotty,

I’ve been watching your channel for sometime now and I made a HUGE mistake. I got screwed by Haley Toyota of Roanoke. I bought a 2016 Toyota Tacoma with roughly 100k miles for 28,000 dollars after taxes and dealer fees. I didn’t test drive it like an idiot because I trusted Haley and Toyota. I also know the owner through going to highschool with his son and my wife baby sat his grandchildren and we still got screwed. The vent actuator didn’t work when we got it and at first they said they would fix it then when it came down to fixing it we got a call saying we needed to pay 2,000 dollars. Total bologna and they don’t care about their customer or their community.  If you have any question or want a video of the actuator not working contact me at <email removed by mod>. Thanks and you’re the best Scotty. P.s. I’m thinking about showing up every weekend with a sign that reads “ask me how Haley Toyota ripped me off” until they fix it!

Can't say this website hasn't warned people on multiple occasions about how dishonest dealers are.  Call the dealership to let them know that your local TV station is going to interview you about how you got ripped off at the dealership and that it will be on the nightly news.  You might get some action then.  But then again, you scammed yourself by not getting the vehicle checked out by an independent mechanic, or even test driving the vehicle.

Sounds accurate. Dealers are horrible. They will scam people for anything and everything. Even Toyota Dealers.

Toyota the company: best cars your can get. Toyota Dealers: horrible.

Once you hand over the cash ... all bets are off. Make your demands BEFORE you surrender all your leverage.

That reminds me of these folks.
