Toyota Sienna delayed shifting

2008 Toyota Sienna 128000 miles

I bought the van earlier this year from a used car dealer that specializes in Siennas, it wasn't long before I noticed it doesn't shift quite right.  I don't notice anything abnormal when I accelerate up through the gears, but when it downshifts is another story.  I notice it most when I slow down for a turn.  As I accelerate after the turn, the engine tends to rev for a second before it drops into gear.  My wife doesn't seem to notice it, but it feels abnormal to me.

No transmission codes on my Bluedriver, do I need to take it to a transmission shop or a mechanic with a dealer level scanner?  Fluid is new and at the right level.  Any ideas what it might be?

Minor glitches like that sometimes can just be the fluid needs changing I would change the fluid and see. If not I would have a Toyota transmission pro not affiliated with a dealership road test it and analyze the scan data if it does do a glitch when road testing
