I drive a 2006 Toyota Solara SE 2.4L 4cyl with 202,000 miles on it and when the engine is not fully warmed up, the transmission will jerk the car forward when shifting gears. The gears do not slip or skip and this doesn’t happen when the engine is warmed up. This is a recent problem but is worrying me because if the transmission goes, the whole car goes. Is this a transmission fluid problem or something bigger?
Any check engine light?

much bigger than fluid change as a matter of fact if you change the fluid it might get worse just live with it as long as it goes because the transmission is worn
