TPMS System Warning

In my 2014 Chevy Silverado 1500, my TPMS Service Light is on. Took it into the dealer, and they inspected the sensors and they are working just fine.

Did the calibration at home after they could find no issue (even though the service light is on) and low an behold the TPMS System is not registering the calibration.

Pulled some codes C0569-00, C0775-00.

C0775-00 seems to be wrong, as the dealer checked the sensors and I was told they are functioning properly.

Any ideas on what could be wrong?

Additional info, recently just had the BCM replaced by the Chevy dealer, issues presented after the BCM installation. Dealer tells me these issues have nothing to do with the BCM, but there are multiple configuration error codes and incorrect identfier codes on the DTC list. B1001, B3902, B3927, B3926, B3980.

I wouldn't trust the dealership to wash my car

Hahahaha I'm starting to feel the same. I did some digging and it looks like they did not enter the tire type or pressure during the BCM programming and only noticed the TPMS service light once the programming was complete. Then did the standard calibration and the service light didn't go away... duh. As for the B1001 code, that seems like they didn't relearn the airbag system, which is the SDM Primairy Key to BCM function on the scan tool. I was told the BCM has nothing to do with the airbag... Yeah, if you're not reprogramming a new BCM! Now they want another hour and a half labor for me to bring it back in to finish what I already paid for, a programming.

I got some air bag recall on my 05 Pontiac Vibe, but I honestly don't even want to bring it in to the dealership, and give them a chance to screw something else up.

It is the passenger side anyway, and something about it may not inflate properly. I would rather have it not inflate than kill me with srapnel anyway.

I fix TPMS problems with a small piece of black electrical tape, and an aftermarket $25 TPMS sensor that works fine.
