I have a 2013 Nissan Sentra with 60k miles. Should I change the change the transmission fluid? I know having a cvt transmission is a headache

Yes change only. Use the Nissan specific CVT fluid which is made for your transmission.

Definitely, any more and you will be overdue. From now on I'd do every 30-40k miles just like Scotty said because those Sentra CVTs tend to have problems, late transmission fluid changes would just cause more premature wear on it.
Also, make sure to do a drain and fill and do not flush the transmission fluid.
